"Country Club casual." The Star Clipper and the Star Flyer only requires clean and net to fit in...they're very casual...very relaxed. The Royal Clipper is a wee bit more formal. You might want to read some of the online reviews of both the Windstar (owned by Carnival, btw) and Star Clipper cruises.
