What a great concept - a horizontal daggerboard. Looks like it's a fixed angle of attack, but variable extension. Gives you both righting moment and lift (reduced displacement) - plus of course increased drag. Tradeoff analysis - hmmm. I wonder if it would be legal for racing if you dumped the electrics and went manual?
