We used to anchor over at Pulpit and take the stroll into North Haven for an ice cream cone and maybe some odd or end from the grocery store in town. The last time we did that was 2009 and the downtown looked devastated. Grocery store closed, ice cream store closed, and everything just seemed to be deteriorated. So we no longer bother. Strange place. Maybe just the result of a terrible economy.
