If you're not committed to that fancy design you might want to consider this alternative from Defender. We've been using one for about 7 or 8 years and the wife and I think it's great. It folds up like a clam into a case about the size of a backgammon set, for neat stowage. There's room to put cups and glasses inverted on the wave-like ridges to the side of the plate supports.
