Varnishing lowers my blood pressure but rolling and tipping my topsides nearly gave me a stroke this year.

I usually enjoy rolling and tipping the topsides every 3 years or so. This year was tough! I got one side done but it was drying too quickly so I waited until afternoon to do the other side.

I always thin my Easypoxy a bit, with the overly dry air, I added more. It was in the shade. Once I got started, the wind picked up. Soon it turn into a Scirroco from out of the west, I added more thinner, shortened my wet edge area, and rolled and tipped as fast as I could go! I should have baled out!

What a mess! As young guys on building sites might say, "What a Clusterf--k!".

I went home and forgot about the whole thing. I knew it would take a few days for the mayonaise like finish to dry well enough to sand off. I did and after 2 hours of RO work, I resolved never to forget this episode

Don't fight the weather rolling and tipping, it's not worth it.

It's done now and passes the 5 to 10 foot range.
