to be met before the meter will reset it self. They have to do with run time and voltage achieved and held at that voltage for lone enough. You may have not reached the reset point during your, relatively, short motoring time. When something starts changing on my boat I always think corrosion first. I would look for signs of a loose or corroded wire at the shunt, ground or sense wire as a place to start. Even if it isn't the problem, once everything is cleaned up it eliminates that issue and it easy to do. I always try to kill the slow snakes first. Good luck.
