This is a bit worrisome.
We some spent time with nina in various places in the S. Pacific and even had the mother (can't recall her name) and teenage son (also named David) aboard for a few days in Tonga while the Father was gone attending to business.
I'm hoping that the fact that they didn't activate their EPIRB is a good sign and that the boat is still on top of the water. With a lost rig perhaps (that could account for the lack of communication and being overdue), but with everyone healthy. The boat is a solid boat and the owners are capable and very experienced, so I'm hoping for the best.
