I'm kinda outa the loop now, but Electric Boat seems to be doing this with submarines. More profit for EB (less labor hours) and a headache for the Navy (where we gonna put this thing?). Big changes - the docks at EB used to have many submarines, now it's rare you'll see one dockside.
