Living the devastation of Sandy, it must be frustrating to see climate science used as a political buzzword, Jon.

There's plenty that is unknown, but if you live close to sealevel, there's enough clear science to be concerned about rising ocean levels.

It's an easy thing to defer to the next generation, if it doesn't effect you today. Higher water affected thousands in Sandy. A real eye opener, for those with eyes open.

I have a good friend in town who runs a plumbing and heating/fuel company. This summer, he was deluged with calls for air conditioning(on the coast of Maine,...). He came to a project of mine to look at installation of a heat-pump, which also supplies AC. They were almost unheard of this far north a few years ago, now they're being spec'd regularly on the coast here.

When George showed up to look over the installation, he remarked, "Our answer to climate change, Air Conditioning"
