You might find someone in your area that is not part of a larger shop to do a good job for less but the quote doesn't seem out of line, perhaps only at the top of of the scale.

I never know and am always suprised at what things cost,,, then, you look around and find someone that's really good at 1/2 the price. But then you maybe taking more of a chance on problems.
