I don't want to read about another multihull capsize due to operator error. Would you drive your car around a hairpin curve at 90? Reef early, and for the gusts. You'll still go fast reefed.
PS - If you're going to "test the limits" don't use a fixed-flotation or auto-inflate PFD. Use one with manual inflate, so if you come up under the nets or tangled in lines you have a chance to free yourself.
