I didn't know nuthin' but got these parts on recommendation of Arizona Wind and Solar about fifteen years ago. Worked perfectly which is rare for me and 'lectical installations.

The best part in my pea brain was the 50% cutoff of load aspect of the controller. I never got the battery anywhere near close to that but I thought it nice to have it.
