I use the uploader built into Premier Elements. The GoPro comes with their free CineForm editing software, but I couldn't get it to work on my computer.
Another nice thing about Vimeo is that you can watch all these videos on your home TV. You'll need an Apple TV box (like a tiny cable box), and you'll need fast Internet service via a WiFi connection. The videos download instantly and are very sharp & clear, even on a 48" TV.
