There's a whole lot of solutions out there that will work for snubbers, for sure... Mine is completely made up from store-bought solutions...

A chain hook from Wichard, a Yale Polydyne mooring pendant, and a spectra 'Cyclone Mooring Pendant' by New England Ropes, if needed...

One thing that's important to me, is the ability to release the attachment to the chain quickly, under perhaps difficult circumstances, with one hand... For that reason, I don't like the idea of a soft shackle, they can sometimes require a bit of fiddling to get undone... A quick pull on the locking pin on my chain hook, and mine's free...
