Have you tried the Max Prop zincs from Hutch at PYI ? I did couple years ago and found they do in fact last a bit longer than the CAMP ones, the composition is slightly different.

You found our favorite Spanish Wells anchorage, love that little spot at Meeks Patch, pick either side depending on where the wind is from. Good friends of ours rode out Sandy last year in Hatchet Bay. Watched as the eye went overhead in between tending to the boat, a few others broke moorings and wound up on shore. Quite a story.

If you have time, stop in at the Island School and Research Center near Cape Eleuthera, you can anchor just offshore a bit and dinghy in, kind of shallow, but a tour there is pretty cool. may be shut down for Holidays however. Cheers, John
