It must have problems(teak deck could be it), but still for a project, it looks someone could end up with a reasonably priced 35'er. This is a listing from Sailboat Rescue down in Freeport. Anybody down that way know anything about this boat refurbish biz?

Down to 15k from 25k, I bet it will sell for quite a bit less. The bottom has been met in most of the economy except used boats, especially those that need some work. There doesn't seem to be a bottom, there.
