We could fire up a copy of that. It's the same style with a database behind it, so more modern bells and whistles. there are also one or two very interesting, lightweight forums that offer this style threading, but they don't have good options for photo uploads and such.

Then there's ol' vBulletin-style forum, although I would rule out VB as an option. So there are choices, but in all there are advantages and disadvantages.
