My boat deck has 6 or 7 coats of LeTonk on it and it holds up well here in Colorado (~5800ft above sea level and > 300 days of sun each year). I also did an outdoor picnic table and coffee table along with my front door using Le Tonk. No major issues with any of those. Light sand and 2 new coats each spring seems to do the trick. I have no idea how well it holds up in the tropics and would like to hear how it works out for you.
