Here we are about 12-18 inches or so over water for floating docks... so to see that so low on the water was just an amazing sight to me.

Here if someone falls in off of a dock... they have to find a boat with a ladder or swim platform to get out, as the deck height of the dock is so high... people have drowned because they could not haul themselves in onto a dock.

So I saw Tom's pick of what looked like sort of a dock... but low low to the water, and I just wondered what the heck.
