Agree, great idea
In Response To: Very nice Charlie. ()

When I was growing up we had a Dyer Dhow sailing dinghy, and I fitted a jib on it which worked nicely. Sailing or rowing around a harbor or up a creek was really special. Nowadays it's inflatables/RIBS and a gas engine which are convenient and have their advantages, including swimming and snorkeling off of in the tropics.

I did just purchase a Torqeedo to use on my RIB, and will keep in the back of my mind the possibility to convert to a hard sailing dinghy - with a removable bow if needed

Thanks Charlie that was a great share.
