I wish he was in my area, so I could hire him. Much of the work I do is only because I don't have confidence in someone else's judgment, and I wouldn't hesitate to hand it over to Rodd. I assume that's where the monetary payback is for him, but it's also obvious he gets satisfaction from quality results.
