Just looked at the specs.....

page of the site and it lists my 8 footer at 68 pounds. Not sure if that is all up or not. I can say that I can move it around easy.

Just took this photo when I read your question Gene.

This is our "at sea" storage. Seats and transom are in the aft cabin and the PB protects that side of the cabin.

For deck storage during short hops, the PB moves out to the lifelines and the seats and transom fit between the PB hull and our cabin.

And of course we do tow it at times.

It's easy to set up (the older it gets the easier). I drop the cockpit lifelines, move the PB back cross ship in the cockpit, install one seat. Then slide it into the water and install the other seat and transom.
