This old house has fairly complex plumbing(2 kitchens, 4 baths) which I've done entirely. I'm not a licensed plumber, nor electrician, but I learned quite a bit over the years. You can still do your own plumbing and electrical in Maine so this has been a loooong project.
This 1890's clawfoot tub was removed from a project and saved from the landfill. I get such a kick out of watching the tub drain!
Mary Ann does all the interior design. She found these columns and is in the process of installing a collection of old mirror glass she's been storing, on the black wall. We've salvaged old doors for the actual Water closet, laundry, and a shower closet out of the frame.
It's been a tricky build. This is all new building from the left until the corner between the tub and the WC. There, I picked up the 1850's sagging, post and beam house frame. There's a world of shims and head-scratching above the ceiling and below the floor, from there on.
