That's what happened to our 20.

One of the plastic buttons eventually failed completely. I really liked the Link 20 and was sad that they were no longer available. I wound up replacing it with a pair of Victron units (one for each of our large house banks). They are good units and I can't say anything bad about them. Their ease of installation was especially nice when compared to the Links. The only reason one of ours failed was that the shunt with the circuit board got sprayed with salt water. I think when I install the Clipper shunt. I'm going to try to move it into the battery box rather than mounting it on the wall of the engine room where it currently is.
