It's active ingredient is mint oil, and it will make your boat smell minty. On the plus side, it's not toxic to mammals (though it can be irritating). On the minus side, it might not be as effective as more poisonous counterparts.

I tried their Wasp and Hornet Killer, and it did work but not as well as Raid... Would not buy again. I also tried the Ant and Roach killer on ants and it was VERY effective -- and I was thrilled because the little black ants had formed a marching column in my kitchen where I was reluctant to use toxic chemicals (especially considering I have a dog who's always on patrol for crumbs). I'd rate the ant killer ten (don't know about use against roaches, thankfully).
