Since you're 3/4 done it's a mute point. I've found it beneficial to categorize maintenance under systems. ( engine, rigging, pumps, heads, anchoring, tender, below water fittings, sail handling, charging system, steering, electronics, etc.). That way you can add to or check off items within each category or even add an additional sub-catagory with specific items as you think of them. I guess it would be an 'outline' system of maintenance, rapair and upgrades.

Living on a boat made it quite a bit different than you as we always had 'the list' which was always constantly being checked off and added to.

You guys that have to de-commission and then re-commission a larger vessel every year because of freezing weather would be a nightmare for me.
