Okay, so tell us. What is the advantage of taking the mast down everytime you haul?
It keeps him from contacting the 1000 volt power lines overhead when the boat is trailered home. .

Easily check wiring, rigging, support a winter cover.
Really not the best way to do it but if you are happy with it...
