This is only a four hour charter and I expect the customers to be non boaters. We will not be leaving the state.

I had planned to start out by saying that my 2nd priority is that everyone has a great time and that my first priority is that every one gets back to shore safe and sound so here are some basic rules we all must follow. ----

I like the idea of starting out wearing a lifejacket and showing how it goes on, etc. - I think I'll do that.

The drugs are an important issue - especially since we just opened all the pot shops here in Washington on Tuesday. I've already discussed this with the boat's owner and we agreed that even if the Feds are ignoring the federal law on land that the Coasties may have a different view while under way.

I need to review a lot of stuff about OUPV requirements in the next week. Considering all the unpaid prep time I won't even get minimum wage on this first charter.
