Did we miss photo day?
Nice shot, had to look twice to see if you had a yawl!
I was out there with a few other boats...
BTW I do have two foresails... But only one mast.
Gene you point out something I often miss
One of my sticks is out of plumb. Drives me crazy,...
Saw that a lot in France
"to compare their 'plumb-ness', as I walk streets" I'm SO happy to find I'm not the only one
Worked one summer for a surveyor..
This old house we're restoring is 3" out of plumb on the street.
I laughed when I read this Tom
I kinda miss colors morning and night. Vigorous start and sweet ending.
Had a nice view from the galley one morning...
Yes, the sloppy sail stowage on the yellow boat would catch my eye also.
That was certainly the first thing I noticed
I couldn't figure that out either... maybe set up as a riding sail?
First thing I noticed was the paddle . . .
Shy Sun
Cruising in wooden boat country
wonderful composition of a picture.
And the scale of the boat to the shore. I love that photo, Paul.
Calendar worthy, an no poorly furled sails in the background!
Agreed... beautiful shot, Paul, hard to imagine how it could be improved upon in any way, just perfect
Thanks guys
Nice lines... the dink and the mothership!
Love the white deckhouse.
My small boat ladder minimizing interference with sitting and access under cockpit.
It's official, I'm in Newfoundland...
Awesome! Good to hear you made it.
So, tell us about the trip... please?
Lots of great sailing, an amazing precentage of it DDW or wing & wing...
Jon, a question on your sail configuration in the photo
I had been sailing wing & wing until the breeze came up...
Thanks
Sorry we missed you
Thanks, Jon, for the photo and the story.

Congrats Jon! The stack of firewood says a lot
