My daughter Molly, farthest left (redhead) in the pic, is working for Foss towing in Portland Oregon this summer. She spent a day bringing a tanker down the Columbia river.

"They are the crew on that tanker that I was on. The woman 2nd in on the left was the pilot who brought me along. The captain is wearing all tan and the other two are mates. The trip down the river was about 7 hours and the next day we came back up on a bulk carier."

She comes home the first week of August, just in time for the Maine Boats Homes Harbors show in Rockland.
