Living on Whidbey Island, WA. Still have the Nordic 44 but we hardly use it these days. We are planning a couple of September excursions.

While I love the house, living ashore is a lot more complicated than living aboard. One project after another. The latest is re-decking the deck. Doing the labor to save $ but it still comes to about 5 large boat units.

Still, the house is spacious compared to the boat. Our kitchen is larger than the boat interior. I've got a good sized workshop and Ham shack (radio room). Nell has a nice office and she is now very into gardening.

You sure have had some hard knocks with your health. As I recall you have had some serious back issues before. Best wishes.
