() Asking around 250k. Good sound building, great location in the village, I liked it. Good thing I'm not 10 years younger, I might have gone for it.
It could be the home of many enterprises that would fit on the island(I thought of many uses). I bet it will find a buyer this winter.
It was orginally built for/by the "Irish maids" that worked for the 'elite' island summer folk. It's been rarely used as long as I've visited.
