Soon back in Rockport. We ate in the same restaurant tonight. Few open, yet the food gets better each visit. We watched what we 'think' were 2 or perhaps 3 generations of owners dine nearby. Not going far from here, I think we pulled back many layers of a locally grown onion that got more interesting with each skin. The story, like a book you can't put down, got more interesting, and I couldn't put it down.

Tonight, I had an exquisite small fish, cooked to perfection, that was all alone on my plate in the harbor. I watched that fish ride in on a small boat this afternoon.

I swear I could feel a pull from that little fish, that seemed to say, "Stay a while longer, there's just a few more things you should know,...then we'll let you go,...I promise"

Tempting and worrying.
