I'm up in PT but not doing what might be expected. The property did not close yesterday per closing contract due to it turning out the seller had work to perform before the septic and water could be tested and that ran it over. In the interim, I have either aged horrendously or partially regained my youthful sense of adventure....or neither. I've decided I'm under capitalized in both energy and finance to buy that property. It needs work, it needs money, it needs the devotion of a poor younger man with time to spend on it not a poor older guy who wants to just be comfy and have a few bucks in the bank.

The net result is that I'm walking away from the deal due to concerns about events that led to failure of property to be ready to close and to my desire to not spend the entire treasury putting the property into shape and STILL not having a house to live in. Not a good spot to be in. My personal infrastructure failures enter into that equation as well. So, will be staying on the umbilicus at my bro's hangar until Jaunty has solar system engaged, van has a couple of cabinetry minor mods, and perhaps then heading south to Havasu or similar environs.
