Seriously, does this mean travel ban will be lifted?

I would love to think so, but as I understand it, it isn't a travel ban so much as the embargo prohibits you from spending a single penny in Cuba (and you have to prove you did NOT if you have traveled there), so unless Congress lifts the emabargo (breath not held) don't start buying charts. . .

- We do trade and have "normal" relationships with a number of countries that aren't really democracies, are dictatorships
- The embargo is generational history, gone for most Cubans. All gone in the youngest the world around.
- I'd avoid getting them, they may be outdated before you can use them...;^)
