Initially I built it with Microsoft Frontpage, and I am now using Microsoft Web Expressions 4, free version.

Any suggestions on what software to use going forwards?
I do NOT want to build a complex, exotic site. Just something like what you can see at the URL above.
I am an engineer with reasonable computer knowledge for a non-IT guy, and no artistic ability

Would any newer, better software be able to simply pick up my current site, and let me move on?
