Hello Gang,

I am wondering if anyone has a simple Sales Agreement for purposes of selling their boat to a Buyer without a Broker.

My wife and I are selling our boat, but everything I have come across includes a Broker. There is no Broker involved in this transaction, just a direct sale.

Anyone have a sample form they may have used that is simple and useful, without reference to a Broker?
