Pretty common engine setup here

Used mostly by walleye fishermen, the big motor gets you there but is too big to troll at the speeds required for walleye rigs. The usual is to put a 9.9hp "kicker" off to one side of the transom. It does make an effective get-you-home motor if the big one dies. The tiny Honda on the back deck looks like a tender engine. That is a TON of $$$ though, Honda outboards are top dollar.

I got nuthin' for you on that radar setup though, I'm thinking SG is right on that. It was a good deal that was "adapted" to the application. Hard to tell from this angle but there may be a place to mount a small platform in line with that and use it make microwave popcorn too?
