are selling VP small engine fuel, which comes in gallon jugs or 5-gallon pails. Very expensive but worth it IMHO for small engines that sit long periods between uses. A 5-gallon pail cost me about $60 in CT, and I burned about 3 or 4 gallons all winter with my snow thrower. If you have a 2-6 HP 4-stroke outboard that isn't used frequently, it's worth the extra $ not to have fuel problems. Or if you use it more frequently in-season, just get some for the last tank full of the season.
As for state ethanol laws, they don't apply to aircraft. Another source for non-ethanol gas is aviation gas at small airports. The FAA has banned ethanol for aircraft because it has an affinity for water separation and a frozen fuel line is not an option.
