It's light weight and it runs fine, just like in the various YouTube vids I've watched. At this point I've run it two hours for first-stage break-in, in a trash can filled with water. I haven't launched my boats yet so it's too early to know how it performs on the dinghy. Seems like a nice little engine.

Obviously I'm going to be limited to hull speed, so the question in my mind is if it's worth giving up planing ability for the ability to lift the motor one-handed and mount it without an engine crane. I think the answer is yes but I haven't lived with it yet.
