Fun info & stuff!

Like I said, I could not remember who I heard said it, I just knew it was true!!!!!!

On one 4th of July, we departed Redwood city (about half way down south in the bay) in swim suits and sweating. By 10 we were becalmed, NO BREEZE AT ALL. By noon, we were under double reefed main & reefed jib and almost had the rail down & in warm clothing. Out around the gate, we were in foulies and freezing! By 1700 we were coming to anchor (in the bay) and dreaming of that hot shower!!!!
