According to Rudy (the R), they purchased a great deal, if not all of the assets when O'Day shut down, they also seem to be an Edson overstock outlet if you ever need that kind of stuff. They were very helpful to me when I did the tiller to wheel conversion on our Catalina (which I later hated but that's another story).
