Just finished the Cruising World article on the attempt to sail to Scotland from US and it is the best article I have read on sailing in a long while. Knowing the resumes of some of the people involved and how even with there collective experience and wisdom they found that they misplaced their attention and left critical jobs undone while focusing on non-critical prep and deadlines. A worthwhile experince and my hat is off to Herb for writting it and Jon for mentioning it on the board.
