I have several, at least 7 of the Overhead type on our Tartan 40 I can think of (different sizes for different spaces / needs, all Dual Power, some with Night Vision … I really like the Night Vision option we have on some lights) and 4 of the LED Berth Lights, I think 2 of these on Dimmers. No issues whatsoever, very happy, well made, they look great, wonderful folks to deal with. Some are relatively new, some perhaps 10 years old, I think all the Overheads are the CFL version, but can't remember exactly. If I had to make one comment, and this is hardly a concern, is the Overhead CFL lights can be a bit dim when chilly, but doesn't take long (a couple minutes max, maybe) to get to full illumination.
