The most important thing I did was to put Time-Certs in so that I had threads to bite into when dogging it down. The old threaded inserts were in bad shape. It still leaks a little bit but not too terribly bad. I'll probably make a new neoprene gasket down the road or something but I've got many other projects taking up my time...
