All the crap and clutter looks like some of the "squat-aboard" boats we see anchored here in Portland (OR). Really, the candle somehow re-lit itself? I sort of admire their grit but find the lack of judgment sad. I just hope nobody gets hurt if they need a high seas rescue in the middle of winter.
