What you do, Charlie, or what Todd had to go through to build a new cabin are enormous tasks.

While this is a fun project so far, it's right on the fringes of where I draw the line on boat work. I'm engaged in boat work - maintenance, upgrades, repairs - primarily for the use the boat gives me on the water. My boat is worthless to me without a sound cockpit and I'm already enjoying how this cockpit should enhance my time and use of the boat. That thought is what encourages me to complete this. And I like that it will add value and salability to the boat.

But this is the last 'big' project I intend to do on Christmas.
