And it's much stronger than I anticipated in this state. The outer bridge/seat deck perimeter will be fully supported on a ledge and the well supported by 3 cross beams, below. It should be a very stiff cockpit then.
I estimate the full piece will weigh around 350 pounds(Ipe alone is adding 140 +- lbs). By removing the cockpit lids, manhole, it should be around 300 pounds. It's right next to a 9' overhead door. It could be raised from the ceiling(I have heavy holed angle iron above to mount snatch blocks), and my truck driven under neath.
At the yard, I can only imagine that a small crane - like a tree service biz - could raise and lower it in place. The crane operator will probably need to lower to check fit, then raise while I apply adhesive to the mating flange on the boat(and hopefully have no other task-like not fitting).
