Took a few hours and a couple of trials to get the tubing bender start points right. It was a goofy looking stack of bends until I made a "form" from MDF board to hold everything in alignment. The verticals are 10 ga solid copper wire formed with a die made of MDF, some 3/8" bolts and squeezed in a big vise. At my normal billing rates it would go for about 2 grand. ;o)
