We bought a Marine Kinetix wind generator soon. As with a lot of projects this is a first for me. The plan is to mount on a SS pole off the pushpit. Wiring is not much of a concern, # 8 awg with good quality crimps. But what am I missing that I will look back in a month and wish I had done? We picked this unit by going around in the dink when the wind blows and listening to the howl or whisper of different units, then talking to the folks with quiet units and researching the company.
